Welcome to Texas House of Champions!  We are a mixed martial arts school located in Duncanville, TX. We have been serving the  South Dallas and Arlington area including Mansfield,  Oak Cliff, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, De Soto, Duncanville,  Midlothian,  Glenn Heights, Irving and Grand Prairie  since 2007.  We offer professional instructions in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), submission wresling and Muay Thai. Our fight team competes all over the U.S. We have state and national championship title holders in MMA, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu. We have programs for the entire family and we welcome first time new students. We also offer training  programs for students who want to compete in MMA, no gi  Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai Kick boxing.  If you want a challenging workout or get in the best shape of your life, Texas HOC  is here for you.

At our facility, we have  a 20' cage, weight area, 2 separate mat areas, shower, kids corner, pro shop,  kitchen, fighter's quarter.  Members have access to our facility during open business hours.  Call today for a free class and set an appointment to tour our facility.

Texas House of Champions MMA  has variety of classes for youth and adults, as well as private instructions.  Health and Fitness is our goal and we strive for excellence with a professional and friendly instructors.

Little Champions MMA Program

In the kids MMA class, students will learn boxing, muay thai kickboxing, and submission wrestling. It  is an excellent after school activity that will teach your child  descipline, respect, build self confidence  and self esteem through training. Our Program offers a fun and exciting approach to a different variety of martial arts . This will  keep your child healthy and active. Kids MMA class is from ages 5 to 12.

Teens MMA Program

The teens mixed martial arts class is an excellent after school program. We emphasis on repect, descipline,  and self defense.  The Teens MMA  Program are from ages 12 and up, students will be taught Muay Thai Kickboxing, boxing,  TKD, and submission wrestling. 

Muay Thai  Class

The Muay Thai Class at Texas HOC is a little different. We have our own unique style.  We incorporate the art of  western boxing and the precision of  Olympic style Tae Kwon Do  to our Muay Thai Program. In this program students practice on drills, shadow boxing, pad work and light contact drills for offensive attacks and defensive counters. Proper gears are required.  You will have a great cardio workout. Class starts at 7pm sharp and ends at 8pm. Mon-Wed-Friday.

Adult Muay Thai/Sparring

The adult muay thai/sparring is more fast pace. Class starts with jump roping and stretching . All students pad up to work on technique drills and sparring. Each student needs to have their own gear. Shin pad, protective cup, 16oz boxing gloves, hand wraps, headgear and mouth piece. Texas HOC has a pro shop and we  sell all kinds of  equipment and we also have  our own clothing line.

Women's MMA & Self Defense

The women's mixed martial arts & Self  Defense  Program is to promote awareness for women.This class will empower women in  muay thai kick boxing, boxing, jiu jitsu and practical self defense.   Proper techniques will be taught and students will work on drills.  Women will be place in different  scenarios  for practical self defense and escapes.  Students will learn to strike with the knees, elbows, kicks and punches and using leverage  and technique over a larger opponent. You will strengthen you mind, body and spirit.  You will have a great cardio workout as well.

Mixed Martial Arts Class

The  mixed martial arts  program incorporatesMuay Thai,  submission wrestling, Boxing, Judo throws . There are many strategies to MMA. We have the stand up and the ground strategies.   Each individual will have a different style due to their height, martial arts background, flexibility ect.  We cater to each individual needs.  Class start with jump roping and stretching. We work on take downs, muay thai clinch and knees, judo throws, wrestling control, jiu jitsu submission and  ground and pound. MMA gears are required, MMA gloves, protective cup, mouth piece.

Personal Training at Texas HOC

Get personal training from one of our certified Texas House of Champions instructors.  At Texas HOC, our personal trainers have years of experience. Their certification is through  Texas HOC and each instructor has trained and competed and are champions in their discipline.  Our services are for men and women of all fitness level. Work out right, learn proper technique  to avoid injuries, weight management, nutritional guide, learn self defense in muay thai, jiu jitsu, and mma.

Getting ready for a fight?
See coach James, he has worked with World Champion Muay Thai fighters and world champion  boxers. He is currently training the fighters at Texas HOC. With his guidance Texas HOC has earned 14 mma and muay thai titles in the past 2 years, not to mention afew jiu jitsu titles as well. He will get you into fight ready condition, physically and mentally.

Ever dream of becoming a fighter?  Come learn from experienced trainers  and experienced fighters.  Here at Texas HOC we train fighters to become champions.  Win, lose or draw we shake our opponent's hand and Texas HOC fighters carry themselves in a professional manner, not only are they representing themselves but they are representing Texas HOC. Texas HOC fighters are highly respected as fighters and individuals. Texas Fighter News featured Texas House of  Champions in the May edition of their website.  We use to be located in Cedar Hill and our school's name was called Cedar Hill House of Champions and when we moved to Duncanville, we changed the school's name to Texas House of Champions.
